Slice Merchant Services is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our growing organization. In this position, you will employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting channels. You will play a critical role in ensuring that we are hiring the best possible talent and achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating/screening job candidates, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with the VP of Sales to identify target areas for recruiting.
Recruiter’s Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
- Meet with managers to discuss needs
- Build applicant sources by headhunting on all available resume databases
- Attract applicants by sending out emails and contacting them via telephone
- Determine applicant qualifications by screening applicants; analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements
- Improve the organization’s attractiveness by providing a professional experience to each candidate
- Completing data entry of all new hires in SalesForce, uploading documents, and sending out marketing materials as necessary
Recruiter’s Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a recruiter ( in-house or staffing agency is preferred)
- 1 year of recruiting experience preferred
- Professional and articulate; able to communicate well and engage interested candidates
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as Salesforce
- Ability to multi-task and practice time management
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of candidates personal information
- Skills in database management and record-keeping

Pay: $42,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
