We’re looking for a Skilled Trades Recruiter to support a leading global technology organization in identifying and attracting top skilled trades talent. This is an excellent opportunity for recruiting professionals with experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder management who thrive in a fast-paced hiring environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs
- Source qualified candidates through databases, networking, employee referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and job fit
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through candidate selection and communication
- Maintain accurate employment records and recruiting documentation
- Communicate with applicants regarding opportunities, hiring status, and next steps
- Promote the organization’s culture, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, manufacturing, construction, or technical staffing environments
- Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and talent pipeline development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Understanding of recruitment processes, employment practices, and hiring compliance requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
📍Location: Remote
💵Salary: $38- $40/hr
