We are partnering with a growing organization in Long Beach to hire a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract‑to‑hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting recruiting teams, and is highly organized with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews across multiple schedules, including phone, video, and onsite interviews
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Manage calendars, confirmations, and interview logistics
- Support recruiters with job postings, candidate tracking, and recruiting documentation
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with offer letter coordination and pre‑hire onboarding steps
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or administrative support
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
