We’re hiring experienced Regional Flatbed & Step-Deck Drivers who want steady freight, consistent pay, and the freedom to run without forced dispatch.
Our lanes primarily cover:
✔ Oklahoma
✔ Texas
✔ New Mexico
✔ Louisiana
Occasional out-of-region loads are available — but you choose what works for you.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate manual transmission semi-trucks
- Haul flatbed and step-deck trailers
- Secure loads properly using chains, straps, and tarps
- Run regional routes safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections
- Maintain equipment and comply with safety standards
- Deliver freight on time with professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year verified CDL driving experience
- (Accredited truck driving school may substitute for some experience)
- Flatbed experience preferred
- Manual transmission experience preferred
- Tanker and/or Hazmat endorsement is a plus
- Strong safety record

Pay: $50,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
