Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Director. The Regional Director will oversee and manage regional operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, building key client relationships, analyzing market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to meet business goals.

- Experience in client relationship management and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and trend forecasting to develop innovative strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Adaptability with remote work and ability to manage remote teams effectively
- Experience in luxury retail or jewelry industries is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
