Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Director of Operations. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of multiple projects across regions, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals. The director will develop and implement operational strategies, manage cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintaining effective customer service and fostering strong client relationships are also essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Operations Management, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and coordinate large teams across multiple projects
- Expertise in Budgeting, ensuring cost-effective management and allocation of resources
- Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and fostering positive client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Canadian construction regulations and standards is a plus
