2. About the Opportunity
:The **Regional Manager, Central** is responsible for the overall performance of multiple stores within the region, ensuring strategic planning and execution to achieve business goals. This role partners with Store Managers to build effective teams, drive sales and profitability, and enhance customer experience. The position is critical for aligning regional operations with broader organizational priorities and sustaining a culture of inclusion and operational excellence

ts:• Bachelor''s Degree preferred or equivalent experie
nce• Minimum 5 years leading and developing retail teams or equivalent experie

5. Pay Range and Compensation Pack
age:• The starting range for this position is $122,699 to $141,107, with potential to increase to $153,400 based on merit, length of service, and other factors. Salary consideration includes skills, background, and experience. Base pay reflects market location and may be subject to prevailing wage l
