Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Vice President. The Regional Vice President will lead growth and performance for a defined region, including setting regional strategy, managing key client and partner relationships, and driving revenue and profitability. Daily responsibilities include overseeing regional operations, guiding local leadership teams, monitoring financial and performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with firm-wide objectives. The role involves identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, supporting due diligence efforts, and collaborating with portfolio company leadership to execute growth plans. The Regional Vice President will also represent GCP in market-facing activities, such as industry events, networking, and relationship-building with prospective partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic leadership and regional management capabilities, including experience setting and executing growth plans.
- Demonstrated expertise in private equity, investment analysis, or corporate development, ideally within marketing, information, media, or business services sectors.
- Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level client, partner, and stakeholder relationships across a region.
- Advanced financial acumen, including experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Track record of supporting or leading M&A activities, such as sourcing opportunities, conducting due diligence, and driving post-close value creation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, highly collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to travel within the region and occasionally to firm offices and portfolio company locations as needed.
