Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatments ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed
- Sterilize instruments
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Skills
- Proven experience as dental assistant
- Excellence in alginate impressions and temporary crown/bridge
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
- Oral Surgery Experience a plus
Mandatory 1 year experience as Dental Assistant.
Salary dependent on experience.
