Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian to develop and grow our nutrition services program. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while working alongside an experienced gastroenterologist and clinical team.
The ideal candidate enjoys patient education, values continuity of care, and is passionate about helping patients make sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their health and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans
- Provide counseling for patients with:
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- Fatty liver disease (MASLD/NASH)
- Celiac disease
- Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis)
- Obesity and weight management
- Diabetes and prediabetes
- General digestive health concerns
- Educate patients on dietary modifications and lifestyle interventions
- Document encounters in Practice Fusion
- Collaborate closely with the physician, nurse practitioner, and clinical staff
- Assist in developing patient education materials and nutrition resources
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN/RD)
- Florida Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Experience in gastroenterology, weight management, diabetes, or outpatient nutrition counseling preferred
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment

Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
