What You Will Do:

Lead patient triage by utilizing the nursing process and clinical protocols to provide non-judgmental advice and determine the safest level of care.

Direct the patient journey through expert assessment and education, empowering callers with the knowledge and self-care practices they need to manage their health.

Ensure care continuity by documenting every patient interaction with precision, creating a seamless medical record for the broader clinical team.

Deliver high-quality outcomes by selecting and providing tailored follow-up materials that support the patient’s recovery and long-term wellness.
What You Will Need:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Additional Preferences:

Clinical Proficiency: Extensive background in pediatric care and triage, including the management of specialized medical equipment such as ventilators, tracheotomies, feeding tubes, and central venous access (PICCs and ports), as well as proficiency in diagnostic lab draws.

Certification & Readiness: Currently hold or possess the ability to obtain Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within six months of hire, demonstrating a commitment to high-acuity pediatric standards.
