What You Will Do:

• Lead the delivery of personalized patient care by implementing and adapting care plans that directly improve recovery outcomes.
• Advocate for patient safety by monitoring clinical conditions and communicating vital updates to the healthcare team in real-time.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams as the central point of contact to ensure every patient receives seamless, well-rounded support.
• Drive the discharge planning process by collaborating with specialists to ensure patients transition home with a clear and safe path forward.

What You Will Need:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

Additional Preferences:

• 2 years of women health experience preferred
