Registered Nurse Educator

How you’ll make an impact in this role:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted clinical educational activities and Nursing Professional Development programs across the continuum of care.
• Serve as a strategic consultant on nursing clinical performance initiatives, designing competency-based programs and delivery mechanisms that support organizational standards.
• Partner with leadership and clinical staff to identify educational gaps, define nursing competencies, and align training with organizational goals.
• Utilize targeted methods, measurements, and analytical tools to evaluate the achievement of learning goals and optimize clinical performance processes.
• Manage performance and competency standards for inter-professional prog

What minimum qualifications you’ll need:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing

• Masters in Nursing
