Salary Range: $98,704.32 – $139,349.74 per year
How you’ll make an impact in this role:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted clinical educational activities and Nursing Professional Development programs across the continuum of care.

Serve as a strategic consultant on nursing clinical performance initiatives, designing competency-based programs and delivery mechanisms that support organizational standards.

Partner with leadership and clinical staff to identify educational gaps, define nursing competencies, and align training with organizational goals.

Utilize targeted methods, measurements, and analytical tools to evaluate the achievement of learning goals and optimize clinical performance processes.

Manage performance and competency standards for inter-professional prog
What minimum qualifications you’ll need:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
What additional requirements you’ll need:
- Masters in Nursing
