Registered Nurse Infusion Clinic

How you’ll make an impact in this role:

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in strict alignment with clinical policies and safety protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Champion the patient care plan by continuously monitoring conditions, evaluating progress, and communicating critical updates to the care team.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams, serving as the central point of contact to ensure seamless, holistic treatment for every patient.
• Execute physician and advanced practice orders accurately and efficiently, translating clinical directives into immediate bedside action.
• Drive proactive discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team to guarantee safe, smooth transitions of care for patients and their families.

What minimum qualifications you’ll need:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
