Registered Nurse – Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (Part-Time) Jobs in Richland at Complex Care Center PLLC
About the Position
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our primary care team and assist with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs). This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop advanced assessment and preventive care skills while working closely with an experienced primary care physician.
The nurse will play a key role in preventive care, cognitive screening, health risk assessment completion, and coordination of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits under established protocols
- Complete and/or assist patients with Health Risk Assessments (HRAs)
- Perform cognitive screening, including MOCA testing
- Review preventive care recommendations and screening schedules
- Document findings in the electronic medical record
- Assist with identification of care gaps and preventive services
- Collaborate closely with the supervising Primary Care Physician
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up recommendations as needed
- Educate patients regarding preventive health and healthy lifestyle choices
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Experience in primary care, geriatrics, care management, or population health preferred
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff
- EMR experience preferred

Pay: $38.00 – $48.00 per hour
