Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Remote Dispatcher to provide after-hours and weekend coverage for our operations. This is an independent contractor position, not an employment position.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM (Chicago Time)
- Weekends: Availability required for weekend coverage
- Must be dependable and responsive during scheduled hours
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from clients and staff members
- Respond to text messages, email s, and other communications in a timely manner
- Monitor and coordinate employee schedules
- Contact employees by phone, text, or email when necessary
- Escalate issues to management when required
- Maintain accurate communication records
- Perform additional duties in accordance with company policies and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Professional phone etiquette
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to remain available and responsive during scheduled shifts
Compensation
Starting pay: $2.00 USD per hour
