Role Description
Our Repair Technicians handle pool leaks using power tools and heavy equipment. This is a safety‑sensitive role that requires driving a company vehicle and operating power tools in outdoor, often adverse, conditions.
Duties include:
- Performing field work to locate and fix pool leaks
- Using power tools and construction‑like equipment to repair leak sites
- Moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 100+ lbs
- Adhering to safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Driver’s license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of manual labor or construction experience (desired)
- Basic working knowledge of power tools
- Physical ability to perform strenuous labor under adverse field conditions
- Must be 21 years of age with 3 years of licensed driving experience
Additional Requirements
- Drug screening, motor vehicle record, and criminal background checks required for all new hires
- Travel may be required from time to time; training period includes travel and overnight accommodations paid by the company
