Florida Leisure Pool & Spa is hiring Pool Repair Technicians to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair pool & spa equipment (pumps, heaters, automation, etc.)
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Communicate clearly with customers and team
- Deliver clean, professional service work
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in mechanical repair (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, RV, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Good communication skills (you’ll interact with customers daily)
- Basic hand tools (we will provide specialty tools)
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Clean driving record, no DUIs, suspension, or careless driving tickets
- Clean background, and able to pass drug screening
- Reliable transportation
Pay & Schedule
- Starts at $20/hour + performance-based commission
- Top techs can earn more
- Full-time, year-round, part-time available
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 am start
