Dispatch Router – Repossession Company

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and dispatch recovery agents to assignments across designated territories
- Monitor and track field operations in real-time using GPS and dispatch software
- Prioritize urgent calls and reroute agents as needed to ensure timely recoveries
- Communicate clearly and professionally with field agents, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate logs and records of dispatch activity
- Troubleshoot and solve logistical issues on the fly
- Plan and maintain pick-up schedules, ensuring agents are deployed effectively across service areas
- Maintain daily assignment schedules and adjust routing based on agent availability and priority level
- Assignment management
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior dispatching experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in high-pressure situations
- Must be detail-oriented and dependable
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time position (Monday-Friday)
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus (Spanish/English preferred)
