Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated <LOCATION> Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes through expert lawn care, landscaping, and tree care practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to create beautiful, healthy outdoor environments while supporting safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscape maintenance using power tools and hand tools.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators for landscape installation or site preparation.
- Conduct tree trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering efficiency.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.
- Execute hardscape projects including patio installation, walkway construction, and retaining walls.
- Support horticultural practices by planting, fertilizing, mulching, and caring for various plantings.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools.
- Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening.
- Familiarity with tree care techniques such as trimming and pruning.
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and horticulture principles is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
