Residential House Cleaner
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our residential cleaning team. No prior cleaning experience is required—we provide paid training and will teach you our cleaning methods and standards.
This position fills one of two spots on a cleaning team servicing residential homes throughout the day. Employees typically clean 4 homes per day on a consistent weekday schedule, generally beginning around 7:00 AM. End times vary depending on the day’s schedule, but are typically between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
New team members are usually assigned to specialize in one area of the home (such as bathrooms, kitchens, or another section) based on the company’s needs. Success in this role depends on being willing to learn, remembering the techniques taught during training, and consistently following our cleaning standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes according to company procedures and quality standards
- Thoroughly clean assigned areas, which may include:
- Bathrooms (showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, etc.)
- Kitchens (countertops, cabinets, appliances, microwaves, stovetops, refrigerators, sinks, etc.)
- Bedrooms and living areas
- Dusting furniture and surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Windows, glass, baseboards, and other detailed cleaning tasks
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- No cleaning experience required—we are happy to train the right person
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Willing to learn and follow established cleaning procedures
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to spend the day standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks
Transportation
A valid driver’s license is preferred, as drivers are always in high demand. One team member drives the company vehicle between client homes each day, while the second team member rides along. Applicants without a driver’s license are still encouraged to apply.
Pay: $650.00 per week
