Open PositionsShift Leader
As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide a team of Cleaning Technicians, making sure every home and office sparkles. You’ll also interact with customers, take payments, perform final walk-throughs, and ensure every client is delighted with our service.
We’re looking for leaders with:
- A strong personality and work ethic
- Great communication and people skills
- Experience supervising or leading a team (preferred)
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Residential Cleaning Technician
As one of our trusted cleaning pros, you’ll deliver best-in-class service to families and businesses across Northern Virginia. You’ll work in teams, follow proven systems, and have everything you need provided for you.
Job Duties (Shift Leaders)
- Lead and motivate a cleaning team to deliver 5-star results
- Assign tasks, inspect work, and train new hires
- Communicate with customers and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure safety and supply readiness
- Jump in with cleaning when needed to support your team
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior team lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Great customer service and communication abilities
- Physically able to bend, lift, and be on your feet for shifts
- Valid driver’s license required
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (no nights, no weekends!)
- Full-time or part-time available
