We’re hiring a full-time Manager to join our team in DC. The manager will be trained to work across all areas of the business.
This is a leadership role for someone who can motivate a team, manage budgets, and keep operations running smoothly.
Weekend availability is REQUIRED — no exceptions.
A valid driver’s license is REQUIRED.
Base Salary: $45,000 per year + Store sales comission
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned location (storefront or food truck)
- Ensure proper staffing, employee productivity, and shift coverage
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff; lead ongoing training for current employees
- Manage labor and inventory budgets; keep expenses within weekly targets
- Set and enforce store policies and procedures
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met
- Prepare weekly reports on labor, sales, revenue, and financial goals
- Perform other duties as assigned to keep the business running
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday without exception
