Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restaurant Bathroom Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall hygiene of our restroom facilities. This vital role involves maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff by performing thorough cleaning and custodial duties. Duties
- Regularly clean and sanitize all restroom surfaces, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, floors, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other essentials to maintain adequate availability for guests and staff.
- Conduct routine inspections of restroom facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly.
- Monitor restrooms continuously during shifts to promptly address any spills, messes, or sanitation concerns.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and applying appropriate cleaning agents to keep floors safe and spotless.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to commercial cleaning practices while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with general janitorial duties as needed to support overall facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred; experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, mops, and other custodial tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ages 21+
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to follow safety protocols related to chemical handling and facility maintenance.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift supplies, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
