Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Cleaning Technician to maintain cleanliness and handle basic repairs within our busy restaurant. This role combines janitorial duties with light maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning of floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces
- Conduct minor repairs on furniture (chairs, tables), fixtures, and equipment
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and touch-up repairs
- Keep maintenance and cleaning supplies organized and stocked
- Inspect the facility regularly and report or fix issues as needed
- Ensure all work meets safety and health standards
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of general repairs and upkeep
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Pre-employment background check required and 2 forms of ID for E-Verification
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $18/hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time: 25-30/week Monday-Friday; weekends may be required
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
