Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and service. Duties
- Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and health codes across all areas of the restaurant.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing.
- Coordinate shift schedules, monitor customer service quality, and address guest concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Implement operational procedures for quick service & fast food environments as well as fine dining settings when applicable.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a food service environment, preferably within quick service & fast food or casual dining restaurants.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary standards.
- Strong background in supervising teams, conducting interviews, and training staff in hospitality management practices.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and food safety protocols; experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Prior experience in food handling, catering, banquet services or hotel food operations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage budgets, oversee food production processes, and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on team management, training & development, and customer relations. Pay: $52,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
