Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Washington, DC. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service in the food and beverage offerings. Responsibilities include managing staff hiring and training, supervising the team to ensure smooth operations, and addressing customer feedback to enhance the overall dining experience. The Restaurant Manager will collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Corporate Inspection Compliance
- Experience in Hiring and team management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers
- Comprehensive understanding of Food & Beverage operations and industry trends
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork, motivation, and organization
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant management role is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in hospitality, business, or related field is a plus
