Duties

  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold restaurant standards during each shift
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure quality and safety compliance
  • Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
  • Monitor inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
  • Supervise staff training and development to enhance skills in food service management, culinary techniques, and customer engagement
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation practices across all areas of the restaurant
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Assist with shift management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and operational planning

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; skilled in cash handling procedures
  • Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on team management and staff training in hospitality environments
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
  • Ability to oversee food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Experience in inventory control, food production, catering, or banquet settings is highly desirable
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage shift operations effectively, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
