Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restoration remediation sector.
- Conduct warm calling campaigns to establish initial contact with prospective clients, including property managers, insurance adjusters, contractors, and commercial clients.
- Identify, plan and visit targets on routine outside sales projects
- Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze market trends, and optimize outreach efforts for maximum results.
- Ability to engage in warm calling techniques to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per hour
