A sales associate is responsible for greeting customers and assisting them with shipping, packaging, faxing, printing, and other similar services. They should be able to multi-task and complete work in a timely manner. Experience with retail sales or the packing/shipping industry is preferred but not required. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, in-store, and online
- Handle cash drawers
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Advise customers about shipping options
- Assist customers with printing, faxing, scanning, and other tasks
- Stock retail items
- Package a variety of items
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 40+ pounds
- Good computer/internet skills
- Dependable, responsible, and organized
- Professional appearance
- Able to become a Notary(no felony)
