Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Circulating Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Bad Axe, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have strong circulating experience across multiple surgical specialties and thrive in a collaborative perioperative environment.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly
- Weekend Call Coverage Only
- 10–11 Days of Required Call Per Month
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care
- Circulate surgical procedures while maintaining patient safety and sterile technique
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and nursing staff
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies
- Manage patient positioning, equipment preparation, and procedural support
Required Experience
- Previous Operating Room Circulating RN experience
- Orthopedic Surgery
- OB/GYN Surgery
- General Surgery
Preferred Experience
- Urology
- Ophthalmology (Eye Procedures)
- Previous Travel Nursing Experience
Requirements
- Active Michigan RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong Operating Room Circulating Skills
- Ability to participate in required call rotation
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Required)
