Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license (you will be driving)
- Multiple years of roofing experience (repairs specifically preferred)
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Comfortable with heights, ladders, and all roofing environments
- Prefer Fluent in Spanish (preferred for communication with team and customers)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing roofing issues (leaks, flashing, shingles, etc.)
- Completing jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Communicating clearly with team and customers when needed
- Managing your time and workload like a professional
