Sales Representative – Roofing & Exteriors
TN Quality Roofing is a fast-growing roofing and exterior restoration company dedicated to helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment. Based in Chapel Hill, TN, we proudly serve homeowners throughout Middle Tennessee with professional inspections, roofing solutions, and exterior improvement services.
We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, schedule and conduct property inspections, educate customers on roofing and exterior solutions, and help guide them through the restoration process.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working outdoors, and earning uncapped income based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate leads
- Meet with homeowners and provide complimentary property inspections
- Educate customers on roofing and exterior repair or replacement options
- Build relationships and guide homeowners through the sales process
- Track appointments, customer information, and project progress
- Follow up with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Represent TN Quality Roofing with professionalism and integrity
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of sales experience required. Any industry will be considered
- Roofing, construction, or home improvement experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors and walk residential neighborhoods
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
