Routing Coordinator –Seeking a detail‑driven, proactive Routing Coordinator to join our Warehouse Operations team. This role is essential to ensuring our outbound shipments are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with customer routing requirements. As a Routing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the flow of outbound shipments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring prompt, accurate, and timely outbound shipments.
- Organizing outbound truck shipments and verifying all associated paperwork, including Bills of Lading.
- Routing all shipments online for pickup on the earliest possible ship date.
- Preparing and submitting manual ASNs (Advance Ship Notices) immediately upon shipment completion.
- Generating individual and master Bills of Lading for truck shipments.
- Researching and applying the most up‑to‑date routing requirements for all customers.
- Routing shipments with 99.75%+ accuracy according to current routing guidelines.
- Calculating freight classifications for all products.
- Obtaining rate quotes for outbound shipments as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.48 per hour
