We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and build lasting relationships with senior leaders in the manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who excels at engaging executive stakeholders, closing new business, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Build relationships with senior executives and identify opportunities to expand business.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client goals and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Own and achieve individual revenue targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success and business growth.
  • Track opportunities and sales activity using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar CRM tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B sales or account executive roles with experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience engaging C-level and senior business leaders.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling membership, subscription, SaaS, professional services, or enterprise solutions.
  • Background working with manufacturing, industrial, or B2B organizations.
