- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales by understanding client needs and presenting tailored technology solutions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts confidently to close deals that benefit both the customer and the company.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase outreach effectiveness and brand awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Develop business relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and understanding of client requirements in the technology sales sector.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools used for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, technical sales concepts, and business development strategies.
- Experience conducting outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling techniques to nurture leads effectively.
- Background in customer service or account management within a fast-paced sales environment is highly desirable.
