Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Manager located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and building relationships with clients and partners, driving revenue growth, leading sales teams, and analyzing market trends to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will act as a key representative of Mental Wellness Lab, ensuring clients and stakeholders understand and align with the company’s mission and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Proven experience in Sales Leadership and Team Management
- Understands how to sell cutting edge technology
- Knows how to get people on board when their logical mind does not understand.
- Will be able to communicatw with individuals, couples, familes and athletes on how our service benefits them.
- Can also get CEO’s, Executive and their companies on board with our service.
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in wellness or technology industries is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
