About the Role
We are a growing Property Management Company seeking a highly driven Sales Professional to bring in new management contracts. This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Your primary objective is simple and lucrative: sign property owners to management contracts. Each signed door earns you $1,000 in commission.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage residential property owners (single-family, small multi-family)
- Present our property management services clearly and confidently
- Build relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals
- Negotiate and close management agreements
- Consistently bring in new “doors” for management
Compensation
- $1,000 commission per door when the owner signs a management contract
- No cap on earnings
- Paid per signed agreement
