Sales Representative
Eastern Boats is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a custom boat builder, we work directly with customers to design and build boats that meet their specific needs. This role serves as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and build process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through final delivery.
The ideal candidate is passionate about boating, skilled at relationship building. This position also represents Eastern Boats at trade shows, industry events, and company-sponsored activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Generate and manage sales leads through phone, email, online inquiries, referrals, and events.
- Guide prospective customers through the boat selection and customization process.
- Develop detailed proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Serve as the primary customer liaison during the design and build process, providing regular updates and addressing questions or concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred.
- Marine industry or boating experience is great but not required
- Ability to travel for trade shows
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
