What You’ll Do
- Contact and follow up with leads by phone and email to fuel our growth pipeline
- Document and track all lead interactions in our system
- Provide accurate estimates to potential clients
- Re-engage cold leads to expand our reach and build future opportunities
- Guide clients through estimate approvals and schedule in-home estimates
- Monitor and move clients through each stage of the sales funnel — your throughput directly impacts our growth
- Support the office team with additional administrative needs
