Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Salesperson to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, offering customized solutions that include material supply, fabrication, and installation services.
The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-oriented, and experienced in working with homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into sales
- Conduct client consultations to understand project needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product options
- Follow up consistently to move deals through the pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, scheduling, installation) to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep CRM updated with accurate and timely information
- Stay knowledgeable about products, materials, and industry trends

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in construction, cabinetry, countertops, or related industries)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of construction or remodeling processes is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is a plus
Pay: $49,989.95 – $80,000.00 per year
