Duties
- Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items following established recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and provide friendly service throughout their visit.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while ensuring accuracy in sales and change.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
- Assist with bussing tables or cleaning dining areas to uphold a clean and inviting environment for guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $9.50 – $25.63 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
