We are seeking a in person licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to service Alamance-Burlington School System for the 26-27 school year! If you are a therapist who enjoys variety, flexibility, and making meaningful connections, this position was created with you in mind.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct evaluations and support individualized, goal-driven IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
- Track progress and complete documentation with clarity and care
- Use secure, easy-to-navigate platforms and digital tools
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active North Carolina SLP license
- NC residency
- CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based experience is a plus (IEPs, evaluations, compliance)
- A positive, student-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Comfort with technology and in person service delivery
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive team

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
