If so, Zing Green Safety Products is looking for a Screen Printer & Customization Specialist to join our growing Custom Printing team!
Whether you have experience in screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, or a related production environment, we’ll provide the opportunity to expand your skills while working with state-of-the-art printing technology.
What You’ll Do
As a Screen Printer & Customization Specialist, you’ll play an important role in producing customized products for customers across North America.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and expose screens for the screen-printing process.
- Create and process pad print plates using laser and direct-to-screen technology.
- Operate computerized screen printing and pad printing equipment.
- Set up manual and automatic printing presses for production.
- Mix inks to ensure accurate color matching and consistency.
- Print customized products while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Wash out, tape, reclaim, inspect, repair, and maintain production screens.
- Inspect equipment and materials to identify defects and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor production quality and ensure customer specifications are met.
- Support other customization and production functions as business needs require.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, printing production, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
- Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment.
