Job Type: Full Time (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) – Contract-Onsite
Pay Range: $63/hr

Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum and Agile delivery, project estimation, scheduling, and risk management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver projects to scope and timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and uphold Agile principles across teams.
- Drive project task estimation, sprint planning, and resource scheduling.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; maintain transparent RAID logs.
- Develop work breakdown structures and manage critical path and dependencies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and provide executive-ready status communications.
- Ensure delivery alignment in hybrid environments using Waterfall and Agile methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Scrum methodology and Agile frameworks.
- Experience with project task estimation, resource scheduling, and RAID management.
- Ability to build work breakdown structures and manage critical path.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience delivering in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience coaching teams on Agile best practices and metrics.
- Background in enterprise portfolio or program management.
