What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Utilize agile methodology to plan, manage, and deliver solutions while facilitating communication between external groups and the project team
- Conduct daily team meetings to monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks
- Organize and plan product demos and system testing, ensuring proper use of collaborative processes
- Track project processes, deliverables, and financials, preparing status reports for stakeholders
- Motivate and guide teams to improve processes and eliminate impediments
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization
- Scrum Master Certification required
- Strong understanding of agile methodology principles and practices
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and MS Visio
- Extensive experience with various agile methodologies including SAFE, KANBAN, and SCRUM
