What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members

What Is Required (Qualifications)

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience as an Agile Coach
- Experience leading the transition of an organization from Waterfall to Agile
- Knowledge of techniques to fill gaps in the scrum process
- Experience working in an environment where Agile was applied at scale
- Proven ability to adapt to a changing environment
