What You'll Do
- Analyze realistic SOC incident and alert scenarios to evaluate what is happening and why it matters
- Classify severity levels, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
- Review detection logic and investigation workflows for accuracy and real-world relevance
- Validate AI-generated security outputs to ensure they reflect how experienced analysts actually work
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves AI model performance in security contexts
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in SOC, incident response, or security operations roles
- Familiar with SIEM platforms, alert triage processes, and investigation workflows
- Skilled at distinguishing true security signals from noise and false positives
- Able to clearly articulate reasoning behind triage and response decisions
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an asynchronous schedule
Nice to Have
- Experience with threat hunting, digital forensics, or detection engineering
- Familiarity with common frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
- Prior exposure to AI evaluation or red-teaming workflows
