Leadenhall Search & Selection is currently partnering with leading Advisory firms looking for a Senior Associate to join their growing Accounting Advisory teams across the United States, including New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Denver, and more!
Responsibilities
- High impact M&A projects (operational due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, debt raises.
- Technical accounting projects such as business unit/subsidiary carve-outs.
- Preparation of financial and regulatory data in line with SEC and other filing requirements.
- Process improvement and system implementation projects.
- Collaboration with internal team of varying seniority.
- Executing deliverables in line with client needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Experience at Big Four or Top 7 firm.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects
