Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Development Manager. The person in this role will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with physician practices, healthcare networks, and key industry stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities, leading presentations and negotiations, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers. The Senior Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to align go-to-market strategies, support product launches, and refine value propositions based on market feedback. The role also involves analyzing market trends and performance data, preparing forecasts and reports, and recommending initiatives to enhance channel performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Aesthetic sales experience required.
- Business development and sales leadership skills, including experience managing complex accounts, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic planning and market analysis skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, segment markets, and build data-informed growth plans.
- Relationship management and communication skills, including building trust with physician offices, healthcare partners, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Experience in skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, medical devices, or related healthcare industries, with understanding of physician-office sales dynamics.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and consultative selling skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and clinical professionals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business software to track pipelines, analyze performance, and prepare reports and forecasts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed for key meetings and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience in commercial leadership is a plus.
